d) The right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to ask us to delete or otherwise dispose of any of your personal data that we have. Please contact us using the details in Part 11 to find out more.
e) The right to restrict (i.e. prevent) the processing of your personal data.
f) The right to object to us using your personal data for a particular purpose or purposes.
g) The right to data portability. This means that you can ask us for a copy of your personal data held by us to re-use with another service or business in many cases.
h) Rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling. We do not use your personal data in this way.

5. What Personal Data Do You Collect?
We may collect personal data when you order from or register on our website or when you contact Print G Ltd for business purposes (Please note that you may visit our website anonymously in which case no personal data will be collected) or otherwise contact us to discuss our products and services. Please also note that the nature of the information collected may vary according to your relationship with us. Subject to that relationship, this personal data may include, but is not limited to, the following:-

6. Website Policy & Cookies

This may be because the data is necessary for we performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data, or because it is in our legitimate business interests to use it. • Personalising and tailoring our products and services for you.

8. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected.
For taxation purposes, Print G Ltd is required by law to retain basic customer information, including contact details and financial and transactional details, for a recommended period of six years after such time as they cease being active clients.
9. How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?
We will only store your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the GDPR.
10. How Do You Protect My Personal Data?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorised with confidential and special access rights to such systems.
Your private payment information (including credit cards, financials, etc.) is not stored on our servers.
All information and data held locally within Print G Ltd's premises is accessible only by those members of staff authorised and required to do so for the purposes listed in part 7 above. Access to such data is password protected, and Print G Ltd has put in appropriate security measures to prevent your data from being lost, used or accessed in any unauthorised way.
11. Do You Share My Personal Data?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, except in the case of the following exceptions:
We may sometimes contract with the following third parties to supply products or services. to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing and delivery. In some cases, those third parties may require access to some or all of your personal data that we hold.
• Courier services engaged by Print G Ltd for the purpose of delivering goods to you
• Service providers who provide Print G Ltd with IT and systems administration services

There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive' (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.
We will respond to your subject access request within three working weeks and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.
